The hotel's warm and cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. The decoration was tasteful and had a touch of elegance, creating a pleasant environment for relaxation. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people like myself, with comfortable seating and wide walkways that accommodated those with mobility issues.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there to help carry my luggage during my stay.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a jacuzzi tub shower. The hostel had a homey feel, with carpeted floors upstairs and wooden, slanted ceilings that added warmth. The location was safe and close to bars. The breakfast was simple but okay, with a variety of options including bread with cheese or jam, musli, yogurt, fruit. The staff was friendly and willing to help make our stay comfortable.

The bathroom was generally not too clean, but still usable. The WiFi only worked downstairs in the common areas, which was a bit inconvenient.

This hostel had a great ambience and good facilities. The communal evening meal was a nice touch where I got to interact with people speaking different languages. The bar had a craft ale which was a treat. The individual bathrooms were clean and had plenty of hot water. The dormitories were quiet, clean, and cool with comfortable beds. The pool and patio outside were a nice addition for relaxation. The staff was friendly and helped me with planning my stay. The location was convenient, not far from the main plaza and close to everything I needed in the mountains.

The hostel had a pool, but it's not like I wanted to swim in the freezing cold of Bariloche. They also had a shared lounge and bar, where I could socialize with the backpackers and pretend to be interested in their stories.

The bathrooms were not clean and the Wi-Fi was crappy. But hey, at least the breakfast was decent.

We had a great experience at Universal Traveller's in Bariloche. the staff were helpful, assisting us with planning our stay and answering all of our questions. the breakfast was delicious, with tasty pancakes and scrambled eggs included in the price. the location was very convenient, just a few blocks away from the town center. the warm and welcoming atmosphere made our winter stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

I had an exceptional stay at a lovely hostel in Bariloche! The breakfast spread was delicious and regularly replenished. The location was safe and near bars. The owners are full of plans to make the hostel even better, like transforming the swimming pool into a big jacuzzi. Despite some minor issues, like the bathroom not being perfectly clean and limited space during breakfast, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hostel. I'll definitely recommend this place for a great stay.

I had a great experience at this hostel! For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy, which was perfect for the hot weather in Bariloche. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and they gave us lots of useful information about local activities. The location was convenient and the bag storage was a nice bonus. a friendly and enjoyable stay.
